The role:

Managing mining operations to reach production goals
Managing costs
Upholding of Safety regulations at all time
Management of approximately 29 employees
Quality control
Application of all SHEQ standards
Liaison with other sections
Co-ordinate problems with relevant parties
Administrative work

You will need:

Grade 12/NTC3 with at least 3 years experience on a P4 level in a mining environment
Blasting Certificate with Red Ticket
Code 08 Drivers Licence
Computer Literate
FLM/BMP will serve and experience in Mining production will serve as a recommendation (Indicate on CV)

Remuneration:

The position is a Anglo Band 7
The initial salary will be determined in accordance with Kumba Iron Ore regulations
