Job Description


Challenging vacancies exists within Leading Corporate Concern for experienced and qualified individuals, the following vacancies are available

GROUP IT TRAINING SPECIALIST  

Successful candidate will be responsible to create and leads the IT project training component, Develop IT training strategy, plan, training materials and best practices, and other relevant areas in training. Accountable for logistics and facilitation of training using motivation theory and learning theory including monitoring and the evaluation of the training sessions.

Responsibilities
    Apply the Training  strategy approach and methodology for the technical training caused by projects and training efforts for Group ICT projects;
    Ensure that the interests of the Project Team and ICT are met by ICT training area;
    Provide information to the lead Change Manager on the training impact and for the Group ICT projects;
    Work with the lead Change Manager  to ensure that the work of the program/departments (including, but not limited to the scope of each project) covers the necessary aspects of the training area;
    Develop and deliver training material;
    Work with the Group ICT project team to schedule and monitor the delivery of the training provided by ICT

Requirements:-
    Relevant Bachelors Degree plus Technical Training certification in vendor software products
    At least 5years experience in Human Resources Development/Training and Development
    Thorough understanding of the applicable software;
    Strong leadership, project management and analytical skills;
    Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical delegates;
    Ability to develop strong networks with senior management for support and building trust within the organization;
    Project planning, Instructional design;
    Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation and scheduling computer applications;
    Excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication;
    Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle;
    Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization;
    Excellent active listening skills; Problem solving and root cause identification skills; strong analytic and decision making abilities;
    Must be a team player and able to work with and through others;
    Computer Literacy; Planning and Organizing; Marketing skills; Conflict Management; Facilitation and negotiation Skills; Report Writing.
