CIT OPERATIONS IMPLEMENTATION CO-ORDINATOR  (1 SAP Project)

The CIT Operations Implementation Co-ordinator will co-ordinate all tasks required to be carried out by a specific operation within the Asset to implement the 1SAP deliverables at the operations.  .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Responsible for implementing the business process solution provided by the CIT deployment team on behalf of the operation.

•  Ensure all progress is clearly communicated to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations. As required balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks. Make adjustments as necessary.

•  Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members.

•  Ensure that the project team follows all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions.

•  Review and manage all changes to the requirements through a formally defined scope change process.

•  Obtain buy-in from operation management for all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, budget, schedule, and scope changes.



SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

•  Ability to document and communicate the status of project progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary

•  Ability to define, implement and maintains project process guidance (e.g., project plan and subordinate plans).

•  Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed

•  Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards

•  Ensure BHP Billiton capital project management approaches for managing and controlling the project are adhered.

Asset Project Lead OR

CIT Project Manager (If no Asset Project Lead in place in line with task progress reporting)

NO FEE
