The Position

Aga Khan Academy, Nairobi - Senior School

Established in 1970, the Aga Khan Academy, Nairobi is a private, co-educational school situated in pleasant surroundings in the Parklands suburb of Nairobi.

The Academy strives to create a harmonious balance between academic demands, sporting and cultural activities and community life. It challenges its pupils to be intellectually inquisitive and socially conscious. The School believes that while what students know is important, the true measure of a student's education is the ability to analyse what they do not know.

The Aga Khan Academy - Senior School offers the International Baccalaureate curriculum - the Middle Years Programme (MYP) from Grades 7-11 and the Diploma Programme (DP) at Grades 12-13. Students also sit for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) at the end of Grade 11.
