Job description

The Business Operations Trainer reports to the Continuous Improvement, Quality and Training Manager. The role is to facilitate, organise and deliver all classroom based training requirements as agreed with each of the business units and their Managers and provide guidance on specific training items.

Your role will be one that requires great attention to detail as you will have the responsibility of writing clear and concise instructions, training documentation and maintaining their accuracy.
You will work with other areas of the business including WFM to establish training schedules that best fit the business needs.

The Trainer should at all times emphasize the importance of excellent quality whilst considering Performance Indicator’s (PI’s) and Business Performance Indicators (BPI’s) as contractually agreed with IBM’s client.
Responsibilities are not exhaustive and can include any future additions as relevant to LRUC Service Delivery Team.

Required

* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 3 years experience in Strong management, leadership, organization, communication and planning skills.
* At least 3 years experience in Excellent verbal and written skills
* At least 3 years experience in Time-management skills
* At least 3 years experience in Administration skills/experience
* At least 3 years experience in Excellent Leadership skills
* At least 3 years experience in Knowledge of IBM business and services policies, practices and procedures.
* English: Fluent



Preferred

* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 5 years experience in Strong management, leadership, organization, communication and planning skills.
* At least 5 years experience in Excellent verbal and written skills
