Job description

Total is now hiring, for its Exploration & Production branch’s Well Division, an Affiliate Head of Drilling fluids & Cementing Service.

Based in one of our worldwide subsidiary, you will manage the affiliate drilling fluids, its associated waste management and cementing to ensure:
- Total Exploration & Production established HSE procedures and policies are abided to
- the drilling and completion goals are achieved
- the long term reliability of well construction and productivity are fulfilled.

You will also be in charge of the management and development of a team of a team of fluids & cement superintendant and supervisors (up to 10 engineers).

Required skills
Education
Engineer

Fluent English
Another language will be a plus.
Experience
15 years of experience with a minimum of 10 years as drilling fluid superintendant in large operations, with preferably experience as Head of Service with a large international operator company.
Skills
International mobility and the ability to work in a team are prerequisites.
Ability to work as expatriate in challenging environments
