Job description
Coordinates maintenance disciplines (mechanical, electrical, instruments, systems) in a team typically 20-60 persons.
Is in charge of the Operations follow-up, and provides technical advice on Request for Modifications, reliability studies encompassing all aspect of the Operations.
Ensures the integrity and the good condition of all onsite equipments
Deputizes the Field Operation Manager and ensures all transverse aspects and relations with other Departments are taken care off.
Is in frequent contact with a variety of Companies being local or International.

Oil and gas facilities with onshore (Oil and Gas Terminal) and offshore sites (conventional platforms, Floating Production Storage and Offloading-FPSO, Floating Production Units).
The Position is based onshore (base resident), requires frequent offshore visits and visits to Contractors.


Required skills
Education
Chartered Engineer (A-levels + 5 years’ study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent
A knowledge of the principles related to the process and equipment of oil and gas treatment installations
Experience
15 years’ experience in the field of maintenance on oil installations
Specific professional experience on turbo-machines (RR, SOLAR, GE, SIEMENS) and on CMIMS (SAP an advantage)
Skills
Ability to lead and motivate multinational teams
Ability to work independently while maintaining good relations with colleagues and others
Physical ability to work on installations in the climatic conditions of the site
Languages: English necessary (bright test minimum results: 3.5/5), French an advantage
