As a Mine Tailings Specialist, you will have opportunity to apply your experience and expertise to the design of the mine tailings management system including devising and conducting various ad-hoc studies related to all aspects of tailings management.
As the project progresses, there is also the potential to be involved in the commissioning, construction and implementation of the tailings management system.
Some of the on-site project work will involve travel to Fort McMurray. This can be completed on a fly-in, fly-out basis.
