Manage and perform local purchases:
S ' ensure compliance with the procedure purchase and code of conduct
-Perform receptions (review) and manage invoices.
-Manage and oversee all "Little Cash" of the subsidiary purchases.
-Work on international purchases following the guidelines of the hierarchy.
-Ensure the collation and archiving of all commands.
-Perform receipt for purchases shipped to Algiers.
-Manage and oversee all operations of customs clearance of the subsidiary, included the personal effects of expatriates.
-Oversee the management of the stock of office supplies.
-Follow and keep up-to-date lists of assets (excluding IS/IIT) sites (Algiers, Hassi Messaoud, etc…)
-Supervise the work of the different offices of Algiers maintenance contracts
* Establish commands.
* Track and monitor the performance of the work.
* Control costs and associated budgets.
-Various works: perform various tasks related to logistics and at the request of the hierarchy.
At the level sustained exploration subsidiary activities:
-High level of purchasing activities
-High level of customs clearance operations and at several points (minimum 3)
-Extension of the offices of the subsidiary (Algiers, Hmd Timimoun, etc...)
-Arrival of expatriates and moves
-Optimize the ratio quality/price of the subsidiary on local purchases and ensure the application to process purchases, goods and Services of the subsidiary as well as the code of conduct.
-Minimize the imported materials Customs transit.
-Very good local knowledge of customs procedures.
-English written and spoken
-2 Years of professional experience in charge of general means or purchases
