Walk-in Center within the Regional High Volume Repair Center
Superior customer service using MTN SP systems and processes
KPA duties
Task Complexity:
Consumer satisfaction
o In Walk-in Center:
o accountable for cash and stock
o accountable for repair book-in and despatch
o accountable for stock shortages
o provide consumer advice and education in respect of repairs
o Manage operations in Walk-in Center:
o warranties
o device Repairs
o OBF’s
o identify issues and resolve
o communication within Walk-In Centre and inter-departmental
o maintain MTN’s policies and procedures
o manage and account for all cash
o relevant paperwork and documentation
o General Customer Service:
o minimal turnaround time
o minimal queuing time
o accuracy
maximum productivity
