Assistant Sales Manager
Job Location: Malawi
Required Experience: 8 years of experience in training or software sales.
Key skills:
Sales Management 40% – responsible for the business of New Horizons, CISCO, CompTIA, ECC and other vendors. To increase registrations and collections of each product line. Responsible for deals greater than 10,000 USD up to 30 deals
Sales Executive’s Development 20% – to train and manage capacities of the sales team in the region, support the GM of each country, organize product trainings. Executives should reach 80% of the given target
Market Coverage 20% – to reach clients across all segments Ministries, NGOs, Parastatels, BFSI and Telecom. To reach 200 clients a year.
Personal Contribution 20% – Should have a personal target and achieve 80% of the target.
