The purpose of this role at Baker Hughes is to

Support sales and service efforts to new and existing customers.
Frequent visits to field locations to determine the effectiveness of applied programs and products.
Alter product dosages rates and/or changes product applications in order to meet customer defined objectives.
Troubleshoot and correct systems that are out of the customer provided specifications and determine the need to bring in additional support if the problems are deemed to be too extensive or unique.
Meet with customers for schedules or ad hoc reviews of treatment program status.
May be required to make independent decisions on acceptability of measured results which determine the effectiveness of applied program.
Will also be required to conduct selection test or analysis work in company’s local laboratory
Has no revenue (sales forecast) responsibility but will support one or more account managers.
Support multiple accounts.
May handle more complex assignments.
Handle special projects, as assigned.
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint would be beneficial.
Good interpersonal skills with written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

Skills/Knowledge required for this role:
Broad technical knowledge of company's products and services and their applications to customer needs and requirements

Education/Experience/Training required for this role:

Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with 5+ years experience
